One of our largest projects
– Cabot Circus, Bristol’s largest city centre regeneration programme since the war. Cabot Circus provides 120 shops including 15 major flagship stores in 90,000m2 of retail and leisure space. Featuring a dazzling glass roof over its central area, the complex includes more than 25 restaurants, a 13 screen Cinema de Lux and a 2,600 space car park.
240 apartments have been built, mostly in the Quakers Friars area which provides a new public space around the developments restored Dominican Friary buildings.

A fantastic transformation to damaged, tired, and discoloured cladding panels across three buildings in Kew Heritage Walk (London).
The work included 7 penthouse apartments two entire building facades and three entranceways.
Previously the chalked/bloomed paint surface was treated before our experienced operatives spray painted the required areas with a water-based paint coating complete with a full 10-year warranty. Managing any disruption to all existing residents to an acceptable minimum.
