What our work involves
The re-coating of commercial industrial and residential properties.
The internal re-coating of lift doors, office partitions, staircases, handrails, curtain walling, partitions, roof lights, mullions, transams, wall panels.
The re-coating of previously coated surfaces such as cladding, aluminum, UPVC, steel, wood etc. The refurbishment of all types of windows and doors.
The re-colouring of Shop fronts, garage forecourts, motor retail facilities, showrooms, cinemas and hotel entrances.
What’s included in our service
Surface Preparation – Quality finishing starts with appropriate surface preparation. We ensure that surfaces of old paint are sanded and rubbed down, to provide a fresh base for the new coating to be applied.
Surface Pre-Treatment – We use a variety of surface pre-treatments which are corrosion resistant and provide an important base for the newly applied coating to adhere.
Masking – We carry out precision masking for both health and safety reasons, in addition to recognising “What we do not paint” Is often as important as “What we do paint”.
Coating – We use a variety of techniques, when delivering our paint application, ensuring a high quality finish.
Materials – We use a large variety of finishes and gloss levels. The colours that we carry include the more popular colours from the RAL range (European specification) and British Standard ranges (BS 381C and BS 4800).
Non standard colours / colours that we do not stock can be matched/supplied immediately by the paint suppliers that we operate with.

This includes Risk Assessments, Method Statement and COSHH assessments. Specialist Paint Coatings (London) Ltd recognises its obligations under the Health and Safety at Wort Act 1974.
